Research on Innovation Cultivation Mode for Logistics
Management Application of Innovation and Talents

Abstract :This paper ，by introducing the development of logistics management specialty status ，describes the situation and
reason of the structural imbalance between supply and demand of logistics personnel． Depending on the application of inno-
vative training mode ，the paper reforms the logistics management training model ，and proposes a new training mode． Based
on the three major platforms of theory ，experiment and practice ，the paper gives specific recommendations for application of
innovation and talent cultivation．
