Abstract: W ith the development of states em issions reg lations for heavy veh icles and expansion ofw eichai stage
III diesel engines, vehicle plants need to modify the engine ECU data, flash ECU, and diagnois at end of line.
In this paper, based on the characteristics of electronic controled d iesel engine, comb ined w ith the principle of
ECU data flashing and fa lt diagnosis, w e design a convenient and practical system of the commercial vehicle end
of line detection system. The system can be extended to all major OEM s andW eichai offices on the veh icle
OEM s to provide a reliable fast- sw itch ing g arantee.
