The cu stome r, queue and serve r w ere abstracted as diffe rent agents. T he situation of bank queuing w as smi ula- ted through the interaction am ong agents. A n a lgor ithm fo r ad u sting the type o f serve rs dynam ica lly w as proposed. A nd the research m ode l se lects the R epast platform. The expe rmi ent and analysis show that the system can smi ulate the situation o f bank queu ing actua lly , and it can supply references to reduce the w a iting tmi e of cu stom er and mi - prove the w ork e ff ic iency in bank .
