我国中小企业的融资障碍及应对措施研究 （山东科技大学泰山科技学院经济管理系） 摘要：无数实践证明，我国的中小企业已经或正在成为我国经济社会中重要力量，她的健康稳定发展不仅为促进中国特色社会主义市场经济的健康发展提供了“新鲜血液”，丰富了社会主义经济体系，也为扩大社会就业，充分挖掘、利用人力资源，构建和谐社会奠定了坚实基础，更对我国社会宏观经济的平稳有序的发展起到了积极作用。但是，我国中小企业发展却面临十分艰难的局面，始终未突破中小企业融资难的制约瓶颈。本文从我国中小企业面临的融资难现状入手，重点从中小企业的内外部两个方面分析了问题发生的主要原因，提出了破解难题的建议和意见。 关键词 中小企业； 融资难现状； 产生原因； 对策措施 Analysis and Recommendations on the financing obstacles and the solving measures about China’s Small and medium-sized enterprises 　　　ABSTRAC According to the practical experience , the China’s small and medium-sized enterprises have been an important economic force now . The development of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises to the socialist market economy is more and more important. The small and medium-sized enterprises provide new jobs and improve the economic system. However , the small and medium-sized enterprises are faced a difficult problem that it is hard to get financing, they still didn’t brake the bottle-neck on financing. This thesis lists and analyses the obstacles on financing about the China’s small and medium-sized enterprises, the countermeasures against that these obstacles put forward correspondingly for financing of the China’s small and medium-sized enterprises.
