Vincamine retention time and separation conditions were researched and chosen the best mobile phase for vincamine determination.Re sults showed: In methanolammonium carbonate, acetonitrileammonium carbonate, acetonitrilediethyl amine system,vincamine was difficult to completely separate.The best mobile phase was methanol1% di 2 ethylamine (pH 7.5) ( 65 35, V/ V) . Vincamine within 0.05~ 0.5 g/ L had a good linearity (R = 0.997) . The average recovery was 100. 71% ( n= 5) , with RSD= 2. 23% . Research shows that this mobile phase system can be used for quality detection of V.minor L. .
