大型跨境慈善项目实施：制度距离、合作伙伴关系与项目绩效 基于香港援建四川汶川震后重建项目的案例研究 汪志刚 a，田志龙 a，葛志琼b a. 华中科技大学；b.深圳职业技术学院 摘要：本文将慈善项目扩展到跨境合作情境下，探讨制度距离、合作伙伴关系与项目绩效间 的影响关系。基于香港对四川汶川地震灾区重建工程进行的大规模慈善捐赠案例的研究，本 文发现，慈善项目跨境合作情境下，制度距离显著影响合作伙伴匹配性进而影响项目绩效； 合作关系管理机制设计的四个方面（项目分工与合作规则设计、项目实施监督与评估、正式 沟通机制与非正式沟通机制）既受制于制度距离又导向于改进合作伙伴间的匹配性。本文还 提出制度距离情境的概念及其四种状态，认为它对制度距离对合作关系管理机制设计的影响 起调节作用。本文的理论贡献在于，将制度距离引入慈善项目跨境合作中的合作关系构建， 揭示了合作伙伴关系中的匹配性要素与合作关系管理机制间的关系，并进一步发现制度距离 情境这一变量的调节作用，从而完善了社会合作伙伴理论和丰富了制度距离的研究，并为跨 国机构在中国大陆实施大型慈善项目提供了借鉴。 关键词：跨境慈善项目；制度距离；合作伙伴关系；汶川震后重建 The implementation of large cross-border charity project: institutional distance, social partnership and project performance This paper discusses the relationship between institutional distance, partnership and project performance in the context of cross-border charity project partnership. Based on the case study of large-scale charity donation from Hongkong to reconstruction projects in Wenchuang earthquake disaster area of Sichuan province, we got following findings. First, institutional distance obviously impacts the fit between partners, and then the performance of the projects. At the same time, it affects the design and the importance of partnership management mechanism. Second, partnership management involves four elements, which are project division-cooperation rule design, supervision and evaluation of projects implementation, formal communication mechanism and informal communication mechanism. Partnership management mechanism not only impacts projects performance directly, but also induces unfavorable impact on projects performance from partners’ difference by improving fit between partners. Third, this paper proposes the concept of institutional distance context and its four states, believing it adjusts the impact of institutional distance on the d
