第十次全国中医体质学术年会 DISHICIQUANGUOZHONGYITIZHIXUESHUNIANHUI 体质辨识应用研究进展与意义 俞若熙 （北京中医药大学基础医学院 北京100029） 摘要：体质辨识即以人的体质为认知对象，从体质状态及不同体质分类的特性，把握其健康与疾病的 整体要素与个体差异·，制定防治原则，选择相应的治疗、预防、养生方法，从而进行“因人制宜” 的干预。 体质辨识适应个体化医学发展的需要。目前,体质辨识正被广泛应用于临床、流行病学调查、健康管理及公 共卫生中。现对体质辨识的应用状况进行总结和分析，以利于体质辨识的进一步研究与应用。 关键词：体质辨识；应用；局限；展望 Research progress and meaning of the application of Constitution identification YU Ruo-xi (School of Preclinical Medicine, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing 100029, China) Abstract: Constitution identification is to identify the constitution for cognitive object, to grasp overall elements and individual differences of their health and disease,to formulate prevention and control principle, and to choose corresponding treatment, prevention and health preservation methods based on the condition and different physical characteristics of the classification,and thus for YinRenZhiYi intervention. Constitution identification is to adapt to the needs of the development of individual medical. At present, the constitution identification is being widely applied in the clinical , the epidemiological investigation, the health management and public health. Now on the summary and analysis of the application status to constitution identification, so as to facilitate its further research and applications.
