中华护理教育 年 月第 卷第 期 ·195 · 2009 5 6 5 Chin J Nurs Educ, May 2009, Vol 6, No．5 ·论 著· 护生职业成熟度问卷的编制 郝玉芳 李丽萍 刘玲 刘晓虹 ［摘要］ 目的 编制护生职业成熟度问卷，并检测其信度和效度。 方法 运用访谈法、专家咨询法和文献法编制原始问卷， 并运用调查法对 名护生进行测试，系统分析问卷的信效度。 结果 主成分分析结果显示，护生职业成熟度问卷包含 个 438 7 因子，分别是：职业认同、职业挫折应对、职业目标、职业自我调控、职业参照、职业自主和职业价值。 共 个条目，累计贡献率 29 56．6％ 。 问卷的Cronbachs α 系数、分半信度、重测信度分别是0．862 、0．824 和0．752 。 结论 该问卷有较好的信效度，可以作为 评价护生职业发展水平的工具。 ［关键词］ 学生，护理； 职业满意； 问卷调查 ， ， ， Development of career maturity questionnaire for nursing students／ HAO Yu－fang LI Li－ping LIU Ling LIU Xiao－hong ， ， （ ）： ／ ／ Chinese Journal of Nursing Education －2009 6 5 195． ［ ］ ， Abstract Objective To develop the career maturity questionnaire for nursing students and to test its reliability and validity． Methods The original questionnaire was developed by interview ，experts consulting and literature review methods． Totally 438 nursing students were investigated in order to systematically analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire． Results The results of statistical analysis indicated that the career maturity questionn
