山东半岛城市群动力机制和提升路径的研究.doc

摘  要  当今世界，在经济全球化和区域经济一体化成为世界趋势和潮流的背景下， 城市群已成为推动区域经营和发展的一种重要载体和组织形式，对城市群的研究越 来越成为社会科学界研究的焦点之一。对城市及城市群相关问题进行研究，对于加 快城市化进程，对于社会的和谐发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。 进入21世纪，在我国，以城市群发展为组织形式的区域经济发展模式也愈发明 显，山东半岛城市群作为我国东部沿海的后起之秀，其发展速度和发展潜力引起了 学术界的广泛关注，通过对相关文献的研究发现，半岛城市群的理论体系还不够完 整，需要科学的理论指导实践工作。 论文以山半岛城市群为研究对象，以山东半岛城市群的动力机制和提升路径为 重点，按照提出问题——分析问题——解决问题这一思路展开论述。论文首先对国 内外相关文献进行研究，总结和学习前人的研究成果；进而论文分析了半岛城市群 的地域概念和发展现状，目的是认识到发展中存在的问题；论文运用因子分析方法、 博弈论、集聚扩散理论等定量和定性方法进行分析，归纳了促进半岛城市群发展的 三大动力机制，并提出了促进其城市群综合实力提升的四个路径。 通过研究，论文建立了城市中心地博弈的模型和拉动力评价指标体系，用于分 析和评价城市群的相关指标，最后论文总结提出了提升山东半岛城市群综合实力的 动力和提升路径，可以为现实城市群的建设提供借鉴意义和指导价值。 关键词：山东半岛城市群；动力机制；提升路径 - I - Abstract Now, in the background of economic globalization and regional unifinication, urban agglomeration has become important carriers or forms of organization in the regional development, so the research on the urban agglomeration is increasingly becoming a focus of social scientific research. The research on city and urban agglomeration has important theoretical and practical significance for speeding up the urbanization process and promoting the harmonious development of society. The model of the development of urban agglomerations has become increasingly evident in the 21st century in China.Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration(SPUA) as a rising star of the eastern coastal urban agglomerations in China, its growth rate and growth potential have attracted extensive concern of the academia. The research object of the thesis is SPUA . The focus is on the dynamic mechanism and the promotion path.Discuss according to the idea of proposing-analysing-solving questions.
