第 9 届北京国际康复论坛 The 9th Beijing International Forum on Rehabilitation 硅胶套在假肢安装康复中的应用 蔡香琴 宁波市康复医院 [摘要] 目的：探讨硅胶套在截肢患者假肢装配中的应用及影响。方法：分别从宁波市康复医院2010 年 1 月 至 2014 年 2 月安装假肢的截肢患者中随机抽取穿戴硅胶套和未穿戴硅胶套的截肢患者各 30 例分别编为 AB 二 组。从行走距离、对地面反作用力感觉和接受腔悬吊性三方面进行入户测试调查。结果：硅胶套对残疾人的行 走距离 A 组明显优于 B 组，组间差距均有统计学意义（均 P0.05 ）、地面反作用力冲击感觉下降53.25%，对悬 吊效果和放心程度提高70.14% 。结论：截肢患者穿戴有硅胶套假肢，能有效提高行走距离和运动能力，缓冲地 面对残端的反作用力从而提到假肢穿戴舒适度，减少活塞效应，增加残肢与假肢的一体性，提高摆动期的稳定 性和放心程度。 [关键词]硅胶套,截肢康复,假肢安装,康复效果 Application of silicone sleeve in the rehabilitation of prosthesis installation CAI Xiang -qin Ningbo rehabilitation hospital Abstract: Objective: To study the silicone cover application in patients with above knee amputation prosthesis fitting and influences. Methods: Rehabilitation hospital in Ningbo city, from January 2010 to February 2014 randomly dressed in prosthetics for amputees of the silicone cover and without silicone sleeve 30 cases numbered A and B group, respectively. From walking distance, the ground reaction force and the prosthetic suspension in terms of household test investigation. Results: walk silicone sleeve for persons with disabilities from group A is better than B, there were significant differences between the groups (P0.05), GRF shock sensation 53.25%, suspensory effect and increased trust 70.14%. Conclusion: Amputees wear silicone prostheses, can improve walking distance and athletic ability, referred to buffer the reaction force of the ground on the stump and prosthesis wearing comfort and reduce piston effect, increasing the oneness of the residual limb and prosthetic limbs, increasing the degree of swing phase stability and reassurance.
