启闭机液压系统(一站控二门)设计.doc

摘要 本设计是针对水电站弧形门启闭机的设计。本启闭机是液压启闭机,是通过液压缸活塞杆的伸缩来实现弧形门的的转动,从而达到弧形门启闭的效果。本设计是一站控制两门的设计，一个液压站控制两扇门的同时启闭。本设计主要包括液压缸的设计和液压系统的设计。液压系统设计主要是液压系统原理图的设计、油箱的设计、调压块的设计以及阀体的设计。为了使设计更加的合理，在设计中还有相关的稳定性验算的性能验算。不仅如此，本设计借鉴了相关的资料，采用了相关的标准，充分的吸收了前人的宝贵的经验。 关键词：启闭机；液压缸；液压系统图；液压元件 Summary The design is open and close the doors against hydroelectric arc design.
