Abstract: In this paper, nano silica-alumina oxide mixture/ polyimide hybrid films were prepared by so-l gel
method. The structure, micro-morphology, thermal properties of the films were characterized by FT IR, SEM
and TGA. The results indicated that SiO and Al O particles were well dispersed in PI hybrid films and there

were chemical bonds between organic and inorganic phase. The thermo- decomposed temperature of the film
was also improved after hybridization with SiO and Al O particles.
