School of Nursing, Nanjing Medical University , Nanjing 210029, CHINA = Abstract Objective T o develop the healt h-related know ledge-att itude-practice questionnaire ( KAPQ) for t he patients w ith atrial fibrillation( AF) treated by radiof requency ablation. Methods The KAPQ w as established on the basis of clinical experience, literature review and consultat ion, which was analyzed by SPSS for its reliability and validity. Results The internal consist ency reliabilities of the KAPQ w ere 01 863, 01 808 and 01 857, respectively, with the content coeff icient s of 01 946,01 921 and 01 949. Factor analysis showed that the questionnaire had a good construct validity with a common explaining variance more than 40% .
