工业用纤维分离压紧器的设计—结构方案设计 摘 要 伴随着化纤、麻纺、造纸等轻工业的迅速发展，环境污染现象日益突出。滤尘系统因其在降低环境污染，净化空气等方面有着不可替代的作用而受到人们越来越多的重视。纤维分离压紧器作为滤尘系统的一部分，与其它滤尘设备配套使用，分离气流中较长的纤维，并将纤维压紧收集。 本文主要进行了纤维分离压紧器的结构方案设计。首先，本文介绍了纤维分离压紧器的作用及其工作原理。其次，分析了纤维分离压紧器的各组成部分。根据纤维分离压紧器的主要性能参数，选择合适的传动系统,其中包括电动机、减速机的选择，螺旋轴的设计。在整个零部件的设计中又叙述了螺旋轴，进、出风口，出料口及机身结构等的设计。最后使用Auto-CAD软件做出纤维分离压紧器的整体装配图。 关键词：滤尘系统；纤维分离压紧器；结构设计 Fiber separation compactor industrial design - structural design Abstract Along with the rapid development of light industry, such as cotton, chemical fiber, and papermaking, environmental pollution are more serious. Blow system for its reducing environment pollution, purifying air has irreplaceable function, so more people pay attention to it. Fiber separation pressure device as part of the blow system, are used with other blow equipment for separating the longer fiber from air blow, and collecting the fiber. This paper focused on the structure scheme design of fiber separation pressure device. Firstly, this paper introduces the function and working principle of fiber separation device. Secondly, analyzes the composition of fiber separation pressure device. According to the fiber separation pressure device’s main property parameter, choose the appropriate transmission system including the choice of motor, gear reduce. Then in the parts design of fiber separation pressure device, screw axis , the inlet，outlet, discharging mouth and the design of the structure are described. At last, Auto- CAD software used for making the whole assembly drawing of fiber separation pressure device.
