Airport Shuttle Form Complete this form if your child will be using the airport shuttle service from Philadelphia International Airport. To accommodate the large number of participants attending camp from out of state, T3 Soccer Future 500 ID Camp offers Shuttle Service. This form is to be completed by parents or legal guardians of campers electing to use the Shuttle Service to or from Philadelphia International Airport . Shuttle service fee is $50 (roundtrip) or $25 (one-way). In order to use the shuttle service you must mail this form (along with check) to T3 Soccer Future 500 ID Camp within 14 days of the start of camp. The Shuttle payment can be made by check payable to T3 Soccer and mailed with this form to 202 Park Avenue, Newtown Square, PA 19073. The Shuttle Service will provide two pick up times at the airport on Thursday, June 19 at 10:00AM and 12:00PM. ALL PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF OCCURS AT YOUR FLIGHT TERMINAL. Participants should wait at their arrival terminal pick-up area (which is located immediately outside of the exit doors at each terminal) and not leave the terminal. In the event of a delayed arrival, the parent or participant should contact Linda at 610-325-7883. A T3 Soccer staff member will be present on the shuttle. The above times represent the approximate time at which the participant can expect a shuttle to be at the Philadelphia Airport. We will contact participants the week prior to scheduled service with more details. For return flights, please do not schedule flights before 4:00 PM on Sunday. We do not offer shuttle service outside of the above-listed times (with the exception of accommodation for delayed/canceled flights that are outside of your control or special requests approved by the Director).
