M ethods The cases w ith Graves d isease, d ivided i to exophthalm os group a d o exophthalm os group, w ere a alyzed about the associatio of exophthalm os a d tur over of state o Graves disease after 131 Iodi e therapy. R esu lts The effective rate of o exophthalm os group w as sig ifica tly h igher tha that of exophthalm os group (P 0. 05). The rate of perma e t hypothyroidism of o exophthalm os group w as also sig ifica tly higher tha that of exophthalm os group (P 0. 05) . The total effective rate of exophthalm os group after 131 Iodi e therapy w as 73. 5% ( 72/98 cases). The effective rate of exophthalmos was 83. 6% ( 56/67 cases) i wh ich casesw ith effective treatm e t of hyperthyroidism.
