【摘要】 针刺镇痛作为针灸临床应用的精华一直备受关注，新世纪以来国内外学者对针刺镇痛机理的研究涉
及到多个学科，研究层次也从临床实验观察深入到分子研究水平。 重新评价针刺镇痛效果，从现代分子生物
学、神经解剖学、神经生理学和生物全息、心理学、边缘频谱分析等多学科和中医传统理论角度探讨针刺镇痛
机理的研究趋势，明确研究方向，从而进一步促进针刺镇痛的临床应用。
