Abstract: Physical education is an important component part of academic education. Sport activities
can not only help students build up their health and improve their sport skills, but also develop their
intelligence, mould their temperament and values, temper their willpower, foster their collectivism,
strengthen their sense of organization and discipline as well as promote their evolution of fine
ideology and ethnics by means of permeating physical education with ideological education and
students individual development.
