M ethods ¹ Antioxidant in itro expermi ents: the sca enging effect of Dendrobium polysaccha- rides on superox ide anion radical respecti ely from pyrogallol autoxidation reaction and hydroxyl radical from Fenton reaction w as m easured; º Antioxidant in i o Expermi ents: Kunm ing m ice w ere random ly d i ided into b lank control group, low-dose group, m idd le dose group and h igh-dose group, 10 in each group. The effect of Dendrob ium polysaccharides on SOD, GSH-Px, MDA in li er tissue and serum ofm ice is stud ied. Results Den- - drob ium polysaccharides can entrance the clearance rates of OH and O , sign ificantly increase the acti ities of 2 SOD and GSH-Px (P 0105) and reduce the le el ofMDA (P 0105) in li er tissue and serum ofm ice. Conclu- sion The antioxidant acti ity of polysaccharides from Dendrob ium is sign ificant.
