Methods The data of 56 patients given with the general nursing and continuous integration high quality nursing in the perioperative period were analyzed retrospec鄄 tively. Results Incidence rate of postoperative complication in the high quality nursing group (14.28%)was lower than that inthe general nursing group (P0.05). Conclusion Continuous integration high quality nursing in the perioperative period has important significance for patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture after hip joint replacement,and can obviously reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complication,improve the treatment effect of operation,and it shouldbepromoted vigorouslyin clinic.
