Instructional design is an important part to effectively carry out the teaching activities, and the mobile learning cannot carry out effectively without careful instructional design. In this paper, the research mainly summarizes the definition, speciality and main theoretical basis of mobile learning, and discusses the instructional design principles of mobile learning. On this basis, through the analysis of two common instructional design modes, I summarize the previous achievements of the research on instructional design of mobile learning. On the basis of absorbing the advantages of previous modes, the research establishes a new instructional design process mode of mobile learning，and analyze this mode in detail combining with specific course. It is expected to provide theoretical guidance for further study.
