摘 要 当前，我国正处于大规模经济建设和城市化加速时期，建筑业规模逐年加大，其从业人员已成为中国最大的行业劳动群体。建筑工程安全生产工作不仅关系到建筑工程的进度、质量及投资效果，而且直接关系人民群众生命和财产安全，关系到经济建设持续发展、社会稳定大局。而建筑工程安全生产却没有得到很好的解决，建筑工程安全事故频繁发生。如何保证建筑工程安全施工，避免或减少安全事故，保护从业人员的安全和健康，是建设领域急需解决的课题。 本文以安全事故为主线，通过对建筑工程安全事故与建筑工程施工的技术管理和建筑行业法律、法规的关系的研究、比较和分析，从法律法规知识和安全操作角度分析了安全事故产生的原因。然后，提出了预防安全事故的几点建议。 ……………… 关键词：建筑工程；安全事故；法律法规；安全技术；控制措施 Abstract Presently, our country is being in the large-scale economic development and the urbanization accelerating period, the architecture industry scale enlarges year by year; its jobholders have become the Chinese biggest profession work community. Not only the architectural engineering safety in production work relates the architectural engineering the progress, the quality and the investment effect, moreover relates the people life and the property security directly, relates the economic development to develop, the social stability general situation continually. But the architectural engineering safety in production has not obtained the very good solution actually, the architectural engineering security accident frequent occurrence. How guaranteed the construction project safe construction, avoids or the reduced security accident, protects jobholders safety and the health, is constructs the domain urgent need solution the topic.
