论 著 中外健康文摘 2011年10月第8卷第38期 World Health Digest Medical Periodieal 自贡市大安区2001—2010年5岁以下儿童死亡情况分析 吴新容（四川省自贡市大安区妇幼保健院 四川自贡 643010） 【中图分类号】R195【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2011）38-0092-02 摘要 【 】 目的 了解自贡市大安区5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因及相关因素，并提出相应的干预措施。方法 对2001—2010 年大安区妇幼卫生监测点上报的417 例5岁以下儿童死亡监测数据及死因构成及相关因素进行回顾性分析。结果 1）：2001— 2010年共出生活产儿29317例，5岁以下儿童死亡417例，死亡率为14.22‰，婴儿死亡281例，死亡率为9.58‰,新生儿死亡197 例，死亡率为6.72‰，早期新生儿死亡174例，死亡率为5.94‰，1—4岁儿童死亡136例，死亡率为4.64‰。2）5岁以下儿童各年 龄组死亡构成为：早期新生儿死亡占41.73%，新生儿死亡占47.24%，婴儿死亡占,67.39%，1—4岁儿童死亡占32.61%。3）5 岁以下儿童的死因顺位前5位是意外死亡、先天畸形、肺炎、新生儿窒息、早产。结论 做好围产期保健，提高产科和儿科技术 水平，搞好儿童系统保健，做好儿童常见病防治，降低出生缺陷发生率，加强健康教育，提高保健意识，预防意外事故发生是降 低5岁以下儿童死亡率的关键。 关键词 【 】5岁以下儿童 死亡率 死因 分析 【Abstract】 To be know the material cause and the correlative factor of the children under five years old in Da’an area, Zigong City, then to make appropriate interventions. measure： To analyz retrospectively from 2001-2010 Da’an District of maternal and child health monitoring to 5 reported 417 cases of death in children under the age of 5 surveillance data and causes of death and related factors. termination：1）2001-2010 live births were out of 29,317 cases, 5 deaths of children under the age of 417 cases, mortality was 14.22‰, 281 cases of infant mortality, mortality rate was 9.58‰, neonatal deaths, 197 cases, mortality rate was 6.72‰, early neonatal death 174 cases, the mortality rate was 5.94‰，1-4-year-old child died 136 patients, mortality rate was 4.64‰. 2) 5 children under the age composition of deaths in each age group: early neonatal deaths accounted for 41.73%, new child deaths accounted for 47.24%, accounting for infant mortality, 67.39%, 1-4 years of age accounted for 32.61% of child deaths. 3) the cause of death among children under five, the top five is accidental death, congenital malformations, pneumonia, neonatal asphyxia, premature b.Conc
