关于建筑项目中建筑材料管理的几点思考 刘凤英 717100 717100 延安市延长县城市管理局 陕西延安 771177110000 摘要： 对现代建筑项目而言，建筑材料管理是项目基础建设管理的重要组成内容， 建筑材料的质量水平直接影响着建筑工程的施工质量。与此同时，据相关部门的 匡算数据显示，在建筑项目的建安投资总额当中，建筑材料所占比例约为65%， 因而，建筑材料管理水平对建筑施工企业的成本与效益也有着相对重要的意义。 那么，作为一种管理手段，建筑材料管理究竟有何重要作用？目前我国建筑施工 企业对于建筑项目施工中建筑材料的管理现状是怎样的？而建筑施工企业又该 采取哪些具体的方法和途径来对其建筑材料管理工作进行优化与完善呢？以下 主要从这三个方面对建筑项目的建筑材料管理问题进行简单的探讨。 关键词：建筑项目；建筑材料；材料管理 Abstract: Themodernarchitecturalproject isconcerned,building materialsmanagement isthe important foundation project construction management of content,the construction of the quality of the material level directly affect the quality of the construction ofthe construction project.
