A bstrac t: The patients in two cases of atrial tachycard ia ( range ratio of 1 1 and downstream) perceived recovery
w ith norm al heart rate after treatm ent. They requ ired d ischarge, but the ECG show ed A V 2 1 conduction. Therefore,
clinicians in the treatm ent of atrial tachycardia should base the treatm ent on ECG analysis; and such analysis shou ld be not
ed in the electrocard iogram T w ave and ST to find segm ent focuses on the P w ave. Itw as helpfu l for clin ical d iagnosis and
treatm ent to strengthen the understanding of special atrioventricular conduction phenom enon, such as the alternating cycle of
dow nstream venturi.
