M ethod s The fetuses suspected or diagnosed as HPE by 2DU S received 3DU S exam ination. Then the results w ere com pared and ana lysed. R esu lts A tota l of 9 fetuses w ere diagnosed as H PE and 6 fetuses w ere suspected as H PE by 2DU S. Th irteen alobar H PE and 6 sem ilobar HPE w ere diagnosed by M SV. M SV could provide m ore inform ation than 2DU S. E leven alobar HPE and 4 sem ilobar H PE w ere diagnosed byM R .
