对方剂组成原理和配伍规律研究的认识和体会 * 寇俊萍，柴程芝，朱丹妮，余伯阳，严永清 （中国药科大学中药复方研究室，210009南京） 摘要：作者在研究历程中体会到，方剂组成原理和配伍规律研究是内容和要求类 似但又不完全相同的两类课题。方剂组成原理研究侧重研究某一方剂组成的有效 性、合理性、科学性，阐明和发现该方剂组成中按传统理论和实验研究观察的各 药物及药物相互间的关系，药物用量与药效的关系，及该方剂对某证或某病药效 优越性等方面的原理。方剂配伍规律研究则主要研究阐明应遵循的传统配伍规 律，如药物的性味、君臣佐使及其相关性、七情合和、配伍禁忌、减毒增效等等； 对若干方剂或某类方剂研究发现类似或共同的因素，例如：有利于减毒增效的因 素、有利于传统理论的发展的因素、有利于提出新的配伍组方的因素条件等等， 这些阐明和发现的各种因素条件可作为规律，对配伍组方有普遍的（或在某些特 定范围）指导和应用意义。方剂组成原理和配伍规律的两类研究对方剂研究都非 常重要，均有利于继承和发展中医药学，有利于开拓促进现代中药新药的研发， 有利于加速中药现代化的进程。作者在文中列举了一些以不同思路与方法所做组 方原理研究的实例，以及将作者研究或国内外学者研究的结果分析归纳可视作规 律的实例，供作探讨。 Understanding and Experience on Research of Composition Principle and Compatibility Law of Chinese herbal formula Junping Kou, Chengzhi Chai ，Danni Zhu, Boyang Yu, Yongqing Yan* (Department of Complex Prescription of TCM, China Pharmaceutical University, Nanjing, Jiangsu 211198) Abstract: The composition principle and compatibility law of Chinese herbal formula are two research topics which are not identical in some respects such as content and purpose, etc. The authors recognized that the study on the composition principle focused on the effectiveness, rationality and scientificalness of a certain herbal formula, whereas the study on the compatibility law aimed to explore the traditional compatibility theory.
