Because of work principle dif ference between digital scope and analog scope , there are more factors which affect the rise time of digital oscilloscope . By serial tests , this paper makes a pilot study , putting forward concepts about real time rise time and repetitive rise time , discussing sampling rate , sampling modes , interpolation modes and active channel numbers have effects on the rise time of digital oscilloscope , still discussing the product relationship of rise time and bandwidth , and effects on applying measurements.
