现代妇产科进展 2009年 2 月第 18卷第 2 期 　Prog Ob stet Gynecol, Feb. 2009, Vo l18,No2 ·论著 · 5236例健康妇女阴道微生态状况的分析 刘朝晖 ,张 　岱 ,赵 　敏 ,王 　颖 , 白会会 , 肖冰冰 ,廖秦平 (北京大学第一医院妇科 ,北京 　100034 ) 　　【摘要 】　目的: 了解无阴道感染女性阴道微生态情况 。方法 :选取 2006 年 3 月 7 日 至 2007年 12 月 18 日在我院妇科门诊就诊无阴道炎症妇女 5236例 ,取阴道分泌物 ,进行 阴道微生态评价 。结果 :菌群正常占 68. 7% ,菌群密集度多在 ++ ～ +++ , 占 97. 7% ;菌群 多样性多在 ++ ～ +++ , 占 94. 6% ;优势菌以乳杆菌为主 , 占 99. 9% ,其中乳杆菌功能正常 占 73. 6% ; 2. 58%的真菌定植 ; pH 4. 5 占 72. 1% 。无阴道感染妇女中仍存在异常菌群 ( ) 1637例 , 占 3 1. 3% ,主要包括菌群异常 [主要为革兰阳性小杆菌 58. 0% 、革兰阳性球菌 (23. 5% ) ] 、菌群抑制 、菌群增殖过度 。结论 : 临床评价阴道微生态能指导临床评价感染 及治疗后的阴道微生态状况 。 　　【关键词 】　阴道微生态 ; 阴道菌群 　　中图分类号 : R7 11. 73　文献标识码 : A 　文章编号 : 1004 - 7379 (2009) 02 - 0 129 - 03 The m icroecolog ica l eva lua tion of vag ina l m icroflora in the wom en w ithout vag ina l infec tion s.
