用于消化系统疾病的非处方中成药不良反应文献分析 王聿成 王璞* 董燕飞 本文档由【中文word文档库】提供，转载分发敬请保留本信息； 中文word文档库免费提供海量范文、教育、学习、政策、报告和经济类word文档。 （北京中医药大学中药学院，100102） （北京中医药大学科研创新团队项目）摘要：目的：通过检索非处方中成药不良反应发生情况，为安全使用类非处方中成药提供参考。方法采用回性研究方法，通过检索药物不良反应杂志和CNKI中文数据库，收集非处方中成药的不良反应的相关文献，对资料进行整理和分析。结果：不良反应的中成药结论：非处方药，也需要考虑其不良反应并合理使用。 关键词：非处方药中成药literature analysis of adverse reactions of nonprescription Chinese medicine using in digestive diseases Wang Yucheng Wang Pu* Dong Yanfei (College of Chinese Pharmacy, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing, 100102, China) (Innovation project of research team in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine) Abstract: objective:By retrieving the incidence of adverse reactions of Nonprescription Chinese medicine which use in digestive diseases, we can provide a reference for the safe use of it. methods: Set the scope of Chinese medicine: Traditional Chinese medicine, Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, The preparation of Chinese medicine extract.Use the research methods in regression,by retrieving it in Adverse Drug Reactions Journal and Chinese Journal Full Database,and collecting the related literature which reflect the adverse reactions of Nonprescription Chinese medicine using in digestive diseases, organizing and analyzing the data. results: Reported by above database, there are 9 pieces of Nonprescription Chinese medicine adverse reaction occurred, including Fuzi Lizhong Wan, Muxiang Shunqi Wan, Xiangsha Yangwei Wan, Weikangling Capsule, Congrong Tongbian Oral, Fufang Luhui Capsule, Niuhuang Jiedu Wan(Pian), Zhichuang Shuan, Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang Gao. conclusions: Nonprescription drugs are characterized by clear efficacy，relative safe，convenient，low toxicity and low probability of adverse events, but drug’s safety can not be ignored and we also need to consider the adverse reactions and to use rationally.
