Domestic clinical pathway of laparoscopic cholecystectomy is at the primary stage ， the core group of authors and core institutions are not yet formed ， institutional cooperation is not close ， and the theme is uneven. Compared with foreign countries ， domestic study point of view is single ， depth not enough ， and pay system imperfect. Out-patient clinical pathway has become the hotspots in foreign countries.
