Also the distribution center is the most important infrastructure in the entire logistics system, almost any logistics activities rely on location of the distribution center. Scientific location will not only save the operation cost for the company, but also impact the efficiency and development of the entire logistics system.This paper introduces the e-commerce company how to choose the right location, can obtain the maximum benefit under the condition of self-built logistics center.
