第 1 页 金融业促进可持续发展的研究与实践 于永达 郭沛源1 清华大学公共管理学院 （北京 100084 ） 【中文摘要】近年来，金融业与可持续发展的密切关系逐渐为国外金融业者所认知，并引起 其环保观的变革。当前国外理论研究主要考虑：（1）识别环境风险和机会；（2 ）资产定价和 审核；（3 ）环境风险管理；（4 ）金融工具创新；（5 ）政府与行业协会的推动。国外金融业亦 已行动起来实践适应可持续发展的企业发展战略，其中最具影响力的是联合国环境署组织的 金融自律组织。目前国内对金融业与可持续发展的研究和实践尚未真正开始，面临几个问题： （1）“绿色金融”内涵不一；（2 ）理论研究处于萌芽状态；（3 ）行业开始探索而公共部门措 施滞后。现阶段，我国应以引进和介绍国外研究成果为主，在此基础上再开展学术研究和行 业实践。 【关 键 词】金融业 可持续发展 发展战略 RESEARCH AND PRACTICE OF FINANCIAL CORPORATIONS FOR PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT Yu Yongda, Guo Peiyuan School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University （Beijing, 100084 ） [Abstract] Recently, the close relationship between financial corporations and sustainable development has been gradually known by the financial managers, and reformed their ideas on environmental protection. Nowadays, abroad theoretical research focuses on: (1) identifying environmental risk and opportunity; (2) asset pricing and auditing; (3) environmental risk management; (4) Innovation of financial instruments; (5) Promotion by government and association. The foreign financial corporations have begun to adjust the corporate strategy so as to make it suitable for sustainable development. UNEP FI is the most important organization in that field throughout the world. In China, related research doesn’t on its way yet. (1) The definitions of Green Finance are not coincident . (2) The theoretical research is just in its beginning. (3) Corporations go faster than public sectors. The most important thing that China should do now is to learn from the research and experiences abroad and then begin our own research and practices accordingly.
