With the publication of his book Being and time in 1962, Martin Heidegger(1889-1976) shifted the focus of hermeneutics from the methodological level to the ontological(本体论的）level. He considers that understanding itself is the existing mode of being and the original understanding is a “fore-structure”, which constitutes the “angle of view” for Being’s existence.（将理解视为人的存在的
