Beij ing Heart L ung and Bl ood Vessel D isease Instit ute( 100029) Abstract In order to know the residents re uirements on medical care, seek the efficient machinist to change bad lifestyles. On the basis of uantity study , 200 aged 25 to 65 years old persons from 200 families in anzhen com munity and 160 families in anhua community were selected and investigated. The results showed healt h consultat ion, health examination, family medical severs, family sickbed, emergency service, medical guildance, w ere re uired by over 82. 5 percent residents. 70 Percent of residents hoped the health of family members w ere managed, and 50. 5 percent residents would like to invest in the services. Logistic analysis found only the family average month income concerned with the attitude of investing in t he services, the relative risk is 1. 71, 95% CI( 1. 23, 2. 37) respectively and free medical services condition, age, occupat ion, education were not concern w ith the result. The results show ed t he communit y medical care services were highly re uired, and this program had its feasibility. But the financial con dition may be the block of selfinvest ing in medical care.
