临床护理 中外健康文摘 2011年12月第8卷第47期 World Health Digest Medical Periodieal 提高对老年患者护理人文关爱意识和实践 1 1 2 2 赵柏玲 李芳 胡秀英 刘祚燕 （1云南昆明医学院第二附属医院 650101；2四川大学华西医院 610041） 【中图分类号】R473【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085（2011）47-0298-02 摘要 【 】 目的 提高护理人文关爱意识和实践，将护理人文关爱渗透到护理行为中。方法 通过对78例老年患者进行临床护 理。在临床护理实践中，不断拓展、优化和完善知识结构，加强人文关爱知识学习，重视培养和加强人文关爱意识和能力，将护 理人文关爱渗透到护理行为中。结果 1.护理人文关爱和实践能力明显提高；2.激发了护士内心对生命的敬畏和尊重；3.使老年 患者得到心理慰藉与支持；4.增强老年患者对幸福、快乐的认识和感受；5.护理满意度达100%。结论 提高护理人文关爱和实 践，可使老年患者得到心理慰藉与支持，充实、提升和发展护理内涵，提高护理满意度。 关键词 【 】老年患者 护理人文关爱 意识 实践 护理满意度 Improving the awareness and practice of nursing Humanities care of senile patient 【Abstract】 Objective By improving the awareness and practice of nursing humanities care，the nursing Humanities care will be penetrated into nursing care. Methods continue to expand，optimize and improve the knowledge structure in 78 senile patients﹪s clinical care. Three things should be done in clinical nursing practice that are strengthen the humanities care knowledge，emphasizing on training ability and awareness of humanities care，penetrating nursing humanities care into nursing care. Results 1、Nursing humanities care and ability were improved significantly.2、It were stimulated in nurse heart that awe and respect.3、Senile patients feel psychological comfortable and supporting.4、Enhance the senile patient﹪ cognition and experience about well-being，happiness.5、 Attendance satisfaction reaches to 1000/0. Conclusions improving the practice of nursing humanities care make patients getting the psychological comfortable and supporting. It Enrich，enhance and develop the content of care received.
