As one of the mainstream model of e-commerce ，B2C e-commerce will evolve greatly with the application of Cloud Computing. By analyzing the concept ，characteristics ，and classification of Cloud Computing ，this article generalizes the advantages of Cloud Computing ，and brings them into the pattern of B2C e-commerce ，discussing how to use these advantages to solve the bottleneck of the development of B2C e-commerce ，trying to proposes some effective Cloud Computing solutions to B2C e-commerce and providing valuable consultation for traditional enterprises to carry out the new Cloud Computing B2C e-commerce and those existing B2C e-commerce businesses intending to promote their core competence through Cloud Computing.
