According to the “four-in-one” construction layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the basic culture system is an integral part of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and should also be included in the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It should be guided by Marxism and advocate multicultural coexistence. According to the hierarchical division of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the system of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics can also be divided into the basic culture system and the specific culture system. At present, we need to make clear the basic cultural system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, complete and continuously develop the specific cultural system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
