第 26 卷第 2 期 环 　　境 　　科 　　学 Vol. 26 ,No. 2 2005 年 3 月 ENV IRONMEN TAL SCIENCE Mar. ,2005 生物滴滤塔处理药厂含醋酸丁酯、正丁醇和苯乙酸的 挥发性混合废气 1 1 1 ,2 1 汪群慧 , 田书磊 , 谢维民 ,张兰河 ( 1 哈尔滨工业大学环境科学与工程系 ,哈尔滨 　150090 ; 2 上海百事德环保工程有限公司 ,上海) 摘要 :研究采用装有特制 ZX02 型填料的生物滴滤塔 ,对某药厂青霉素车间现场发生的主要含醋酸丁酯、正丁醇和苯乙酸等混 ( ) 、停留时间 合废气进行了 3 个多月的连续处理中试试验. 主要考察了醋酸丁酯、正丁醇和苯乙酸的进气污染物质量负荷 N w 和喷淋水量对各自去除率的影响及生物降解性能. 实验运行结果表明 , 当醋酸丁酯、正丁醇和苯乙酸的最大 N w 为 229 5 g/ (m3 ·h) 、275 4g/ (m3 ·h) 和 42 5 g/ (m3 ·h) 时 ,其去除率分别为 96 % 、95 %和 100 %. 说明本生物滴滤塔能有效去除该厂混合 废气 ,其最佳运行参数为 :停留时间 312s , 喷淋水量为 4 L/ (L ·d) . 该滴滤塔抗冲击负荷能力强 ,无堵塞现象 ,无需经常进行 反冲洗 ,可长期稳定运行. 关键词 :生物滴滤塔 ;醋酸丁酯 ;正丁醇 ;苯乙酸 中图分类号:X701 　文献标识码 :A 　文章编号 (2005) Treatment of Mix Gas Containing Butyl Acetate , nButyl Alcohol and Pheny lacetic Acid from Pharmaceutical Factory by BioTrickling Filter WAN G Qunhui1 , TIAN Shulei1 , XIE Weimin1 ,2 , ZHAN G Lanhe1 ( 1Department of Environmental Science and Engineering ,Harbin Institute of Technology , Harbin 150090 ,China ; 2Best Environ mental Engineering Co. , Shanghai , China) Abstract :The biotrickling filter packed with ZX02 stuffing is used to treat the mix gases containing butyl acetate , nbutyl alcohol and ( ) phenylacetic acid BBP , which are discharged from Penicillin workshop of Pharmaceutical Factory.
