广东药学院学报 摇 466 Journal of Guangdong Pharmaceutical College摇 Oct.2009,25(5) 摇 舒筋活血片质量标准研究 林斯民 ,吴义忠1 2 (1.佛山市禅城区澜石医院药剂科,广东 佛山528041;2.广州医药集团有限公司, 广东 广州510130) 摘要:目的建立舒筋活血片的质量控制标准。 方法采用TLC法对狗脊进行鉴别;采用HPLC法对舒筋 活血片中4鄄甲氧基水杨醛进行含量测定。 色谱条件:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇鄄0.1%磷酸 溶液(体积比45颐55)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/ min,检测波长为278 nm。 结果TLC色谱中,在与狗脊对 照药材相应位置显相同颜色的斑点。 HPLC色谱中,4鄄甲氧基水杨醛在0.048~0.968滋g范围内线性良 好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为100.86%,RSD为1.34%(n=6)。 舒筋活血片中4鄄甲氧基水杨醛平均 含量为0.40 mg/ 片。 结论 狗脊的鉴别方法专属性强,4鄄甲氧基水杨醛的含量测定方法简便、准确,可为 舒筋活血片的质量控制标准的提高提供依据。 关键词:舒筋活血片;狗脊;薄层色谱法;4鄄甲氧基水杨醛;高效液相色谱法 中图分类号:R284.1摇 文献标识码:A摇 文章编号:1006-8783(2009)05-0466-03 Quality control of Shujinhuoxue tablets LIN Si鄄min ,WU Yi鄄zhong1 2 (1.Guangdong FoshanLanshiHospital,Foshan,Guangdong 528041,China;2.Guangzhou PharmaceuticalHoldings Limited,Guangzhou,Guangdong 510130,China) Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standardofShujinhuoxuetablets. Conclusion The method is simple, fast and accurate, which could be used for the quality control of Shujinhuoxue tablets.
