构建生态人文交通 促进经济跨越发展:第十九届海峡两岸都市交通学术研讨会论文集 屏蔽门制式下地铁区间热环境分析研究 郑懿 摘 要：建立良好的地铁区间环控系统十分必要。不仅能提供安全、舒适的行车环境，减少能源消耗，而 且能够降低地铁系统的建设投资和运行成本。本文根据上海地铁的实际工程，介绍了地铁区间热环境，分 析了区间得热量的主要影响因素。采用地铁环控系统设计专用模拟软件 SES 建立相应的数学模型进行数值 模拟。对影响外界气温对区间降温效果的主要因素进行了较为深入的研究，采用单因素实验和正交试验对 各相关因素对地铁区间降温效果的影响程度和显著性进行了定性分析、定量计算和大小排序，拟合出了较 有工程实践意义的经验公式。在进行了上述一系列互相关联的研究分析的基础上，分析了优化地铁区间热 环境的理论思路，为工程实践提供了设计依据。 关键字：地铁区间；环控系统；温度场；数值模拟；外界气温 Analysis and Research on Thermal Environment of PSD System in Metro Running Tunnel ZHENG Yi Abstract: It’s necessary to set up a good environmental control system for metro running tunnel, because it could not only provide safe and comfortable environment for trains, cut down the energy consumption, but also reduce initial investment and running cost of metro construct system. Based on Shanghai Metro, The thermal environment in metro running tunnel was introduced, and main influencing factors of the heating released in tunnel was analyzed in this paper. The special software SES was used to carry out the numerical simulation. It made comparatively deep research on the main factors that affect the cooling effect of atmospheric temperature on metro running tunnel, and conducted qualitative analysis, quantitative calculation and sort by size for the impact extent and significance of the factors through single variation experiments and orthogonal test, and then fitted out the empirical formula with significance in engineering practice. Depending on all the above, theoretical ideas of optimization of thermal environment in metro running tunnel are discussed and design basis are proposed.
