On the ba sis of analysis of compo sition s and characteristic s of the iron ore tailings, the cu rren t situation of study and ach ievem en ts of u tilizing the iron tailings to m ake variou s k ind s of b rick s are in troduced. It show s that u tilizing the iron ore tailings to m ake b rick s is an effective way to realize developm en t and u tilization of secondary re sou rce s and to p ro duce p roducts w ith h igh additional value.
