Methods:To 69 cases of type 2 diabetes(T2DM) patients and 30 cases of healthy person(NGT group) line carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound ,measuring the subjects, bilateral common carotid artery (CCA) of IMT, and dividing the patients with type 2 diabetes into groups according to the ITM thickness, testing the fasting blood-glucose(FBG,FDG),the postprandial 2h blood sugar (PC2hPG) ,triglycerides(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-c, low density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL-c, glycosylated hemoglobin HbAlc, and some other index respectively both in type 2 diabetes group and health control group. monitoring analysis of time domain indexes with dynamic ECG ,assessing the regulating function of cardiac autonomic neuropathy regulation function ,comparing the biochemical index level and HRV in the groups with type 2 diabetes and the health control ,analyzing the correlation between carotid atherosclerosis and HRV in the type 2 diabetes.
