Measure the SHRs’ change of blood pressure ，discusses the related mechanism. Method: With 15 weeks of age male WKY(n=6) and SHR(n=30) as the research object ，Random to them in different groups: Model control ，Jiaweitianmagoutengyin group，Two drug combinations fosinopril group and Two drug combination group.In the second week respectively began to fill each group of rats stomach with water ， Jiaweitianmagoutengyin decoction ，fosinopril，combinations.In the 1 week，the 7 week and week 13 ，separately measure blood pressure and test urine mALB and urineβ2 －MG. Result:Jiaweitianmagoutengyin decoction can significantly reduce the level of SHRs’blood pressure， mALB and urineβ2 －MG(P0.05) ，and it’s curative effect is better than model control group(P0.05). The effect of combination group curative effect is better than fosinopril(P0.05). Conclusion:Jiaweitianmagoutengyin decoction can significantly reduce the level of SHRs’blood pressure and can protect the kidneys and can slow the progress of the hypertensive renal impairment.
