The process of the personnel training should be strict in the post internship. There are five steps of the training mode: personnel selection, personnel training, re-selection, re-training and practice. Every step should strictly pass and establish corresponding system to guarantee the personnel training of the post internship running smoothly so that the process model of the personnel training of the post internship can develop its maximum benefit. The applied talents, who should be developed into high educational level, good comprehensive quality and strong practice ability, can adapt to social needs. At the same time, this mode can infuse fresh blood into foundation schools, promote the balanced development of basic education and improve the construction of the teacher’s group in the poor areas.
