前列腺炎样症状对患者生活质量的影响 　　作者：张桃福,梁朝朝,葛魏巍,郝宗耀,张贤生　　作者单位： 　　【摘要】分析前列腺炎样症状对患者生活质量的影响。　方法　随机选择安徽省的泾县、合肥市、枞阳县、蒙城县不同社区15-60岁男性人群4 500人进行问卷调查,内容包括年龄、身高、体重、学历、性格、职业、病程、国际前列腺炎症状评分指数表(NIH-CPSI) 、性功能情况、勃起功能国际指数问卷( IIEF-5)等共29项。　结果　回收有效调查表4 285份,占95.2%。有6.4%例患前列腺炎样症状，在CP样症状患者中，有 75.1%患者对带着症状而影响工作和生活;有63.4%对带着症状继续生活感到不满意、不高兴甚至很可怕, 其中20～39岁组占47.2%;QOL评分9～12分者29.3% ,其中小于40岁有62人(22.7%); QOL评分与NIH-CPSI评分、疼痛评分、年龄有相关性。　结论　前列腺炎样症状对患者生活质量的影响明显。对年轻患者的生活质量影响最大,生活质量影响程度与NIH-CPSI评分和疼痛评分有关。 　　【关键词】 前列腺炎; 　生活质量; 　年龄; 　流行病学 　　Impact of chronic prostatitis-like symptoms on quality of life of patientsZhang Taofu, Liang Chaozhao, Ge Weiwei, et alDepartment of Urology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui medical University,Institute of Dermatology,Anhui Medical University,Hefei, 230022, China[Abstract] Objective To analyze impact of chronic-prostatitis-like symptoms on quality of life. Method A population-based cross-sectional survey was conducted in which a total of 4 500 men aged from 15 to 60 were selected, randomly, to administer a questionnaire consisting of the age, height, weight, literacy, character, occupation, course, National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Index(NIH-CPSI), sexual function, five-question version of the International Index of Erectile Function(IIEF-5) and other 19 items in Anhui province. Results A total of 4 285 men (95.2%) completed the questionnaire. Of whom, 6.4% were identified as having prostatic-like symptoms. Among the chronic prostatitic-like symptoms, there were 75.1% patients perceiving influence on both work and living, 63.4% subjects witnessing dissatisfaction, awfulness even severe fearfulness. The rate of aged from 20-39 accounted for 47.2%; meanwhile total of 29.3% men scored 9-12 according to the QOL of whom aged from 15 to 39 have 62(22.7%); QOL was positive correlative to NIH-CPSI，pain and age.
