Methods 913 co secutive cases were studied retrospectively. I all of them w ith the age ra ged from 30 to 89, serum T-PSA a d F- PSA levels were assayed.All the patie ts w ere suspected to be BPH or PCa, 103 bei g diag osed as PCa o biopsy u der B-ultrasou d a d the other 810 bei g BPH. Results The i cide ce rate of PCa w as 11. 3% i this group.
