我国大型医用设备管理现状及发展趋势研究 钱英 羊月祺 南京医科大学第一附属医院， 210029 摘要：大型医用设备作为现代化医院的一个重要标志，在确保医疗服务质量和经济收入的过 程中发挥的作用越来越突出。通过从规划布局、硬件配置、使用效率以及质量控制4 个方面 介绍了目前我国大型医用设备管理现状。针对存在的问题，从开展卫生技术评估、融资租赁、 集中采购、合作经营、建立和完善质量控制体系等多个方面探讨大型医用设备管理发展趋势， 为卫生主管部门和医疗机构科学规划决策，合理、高效利用大型医用设备提供参考。 关键词：大型医用设备；管理现状；发展趋势 Study on Management Status and Development Tendency of Large Medical Equipment in China QIAN Ying (The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing Jiangsu 210029,China) Abstract: At present large medical equipment is a significant symbol of modern hospitals and it plays an important role in the process of ensuring medical service quality and economic income. The management status of large medical equipment is introduced in these following four aspects: planning and layout, hardware configuration, availability factor and quality control. Based on these existing problems, this paper raises serval development trends of large medical equipment from these aspects, such as health technology assessment, financial leasing, centralized purchasing, cooperative operating, establish and consummate the system of quality control and so on. It can provide reference opinions for the department of health administration and medical institutions to carry out scientific planning and decision-making. Besides, it also can help medical institutions to use those large medical equipment in a reasonable and high-efficiency way.
