教育与农民职业分化关系研究分析.pdf

摘要 改革开放以来，在我国农村经济获得快速增长的同时，农村社会结构也发生 重大变化，农民由单一的同质结构逐步形成现在的多元异质结构，主要表现为农 民的职业分化和收入分化，而这二者是构成农民其他分化的前提和基础。因此， 本文选取农民职业分化作为研究对象，主要以教育作为切入点研究各层级教育与 农民职业分化的关系，对实现在工业化、信息化、城镇化发展同步推进农业现代 化对各类人才的需求具有重要的现实意义。 论文以作为人口大省亦即农民大省的安徽省为研究对象，运用进入新世纪以 来的统计数据，分析安徽省农民职业分化的变化轨迹，通过分析发现，农民分化 呈阶段性变化，结合实地调查数据，从中梳理出当前农民职业分化的特征。在此 基础上，进一步对安徽省各层级的教育与农民分化的关系进行实证研究，重点分 析各层级的教育对农民职业分化和收入分化的贡献。通过分析发现：农民分化的 职业类型表现出由简单到复杂，一元化向多元化的变化趋势；向非农职业逐步分 化的农民从事的工作呈现多样化类型，农民的职业分布涉及一二三产业的不同领 域和不同层面；从各层级教育角度来看，不同教育层级对农民由从事农业向二、 三产业转化有着不同程度的贡献，文化程度或者教育年限的增加利于农民职业分 化。 基于上述分析，本文认为：在各层级的教育发展中，应当优先发展中等职业 教育和成人教育，培养技术型人才和新型农民；同时发展大专及以上层级教育， 培养各领域专业人才等等，更加有效地发挥各层教育等级对农民就业以及农民职 业分化的作用，从而促进安徽省农村经济快速发展，最终实现“四化同步”目标。 关键词：农民职业分化；教育；实证分析；logistic模型 I Abstract Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt Since the reformand opening to the outside world,with the rapid development of rural economy, the rural structure has taken place, while the peasants have become multiple structures from the single structure; the major changes are peasants professional and the income differentiations.
