For medical equipment ,it is not only performance checks link to quality and capability, also helpful to understand and establish the technical information and management files of medical equipment, which make medical equipment get high quality operation, standard using, and maximum technical support. This paper summarizes previous experience and lessons from the other good practices of acceptance link in the domestic hospital, analyses definition and necessity of acceptance link, formulates a comprehensive, integrated and practical information system, which improves the efficiency of acceptance, establishes the standardization. All that provides some reference information platform for quality control of medical equipment in hospital, and have received satisfactory effect in the actual operation.
